Rakesh Reddy
Co-Founder/President
As President of Noblesoft Solutions, Rakesh is responsible for the day to day operational activities of the firm. Rakesh is a certified Oracle Technology professional with over fifteen years of expertise in Cloud Enablement. In addition to his management duties, Rakesh leads our Application Development and Infrastructure initiatives.
Rakesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Utah State University.
Dan McLinden
Co Founder/Vice President
Dan is a results-oriented leader with over 25 years Technology leadership for Fortune 1000 clients. Dan is responsible for Noblesoft’s strategic direction, and assisting our US Operations to ensure a pipeline of referenceable clients.
Dan holds an accounting degree from University of Central Florida
Joe Schultz
Director of Business Solutions
Joe brings 20 years of experience engineering financial and supply chain systems. As Director of Business Solutions, he is responsible for management of various practice areas. Joe’s comprehensive knowledge of business and IT systems provides our clients with substantial guidance and results.
Prior to joining Noblesoft Solutions, Joe worked for a Big 5 Consulting firm, performing many high-profile, full-scale implementations for Fortune 500 companies.
Joe has received his undergraduate in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
Jeff Mutschler
Director of Technology Solutions
Throughout a nearly 20 year professional career that includes financial management and project management positions at multi-national firms Siemens and General Atomics and management and technology consulting positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and, now, Noblesoft Solutions, Jeff has accumulated a wealth of real-world business experience. Jeff is responsible for Program and Project delivery for our clients .
Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park and holds an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.
