OUR STORY

Our story begins about 17 years ago from a fortune 500 client in the United States.
Noblesoft’s co-founders, Dan and Rakesh were  working as Consultants and often found resources onboarded were not technically competent for their team. Finally they  stepped in to help the client recruitment team after hours locating and interviewing the right candidates. It turned into a passion they shared so strongly that, 17 years later, it has grown to include 20+ clients and a workforce of 300+ professionals.
Acquainted with the latest recruitment practices by virtue of continuous placement of employees over the last 15 years, combined with a talent pool network of 300+ talented individuals, has given us the privilege to provide superior service to our customers.
